Map I.Liv. Rocks to Life Quads+

The last step in loading each I.Liv. Rock is to map it to one of the Life Quads+ – My People, My Work, My Self, My Health or Life Admin. This is a great opportunity to quickly identify the aspects of life we plan to serve and prioritize today. Over time, this practice helps us understand our patterns and make adjustments to how we spend our energy, if needed.
