Step 1: Simply check off planned Daily Rocks that you completed. Leave any uncompleted rocks unchecked.

Step 2: Add any additional Rocks that you completed, but were not planned. Remember to consider this action in the assessment of your day (next steps). If you had an unintended day, did you like your reason for changing course?

Step 3: Review active planned Fundamental Body and Mind habits and check off, if completed. Leave unchecked if not completed.
