Intentional Living Program Overview

Live by Design, not by Default

In today’s challenging times, living a fulfilled and balanced life can feel impossible, especially for women juggling competing priorities in their personal and work life due to high demands of modern life. The pandemic has only amplified the challenges and widened the gaps.

Society demands excellence and sacrifice yet provides limited returns. It’s time to put a stop to this vicious cycle. I.Liv. guides and supports each of us on our personal journey to Intentional Living, starting from wherever we are at today.

Working together let’s each figure out how to live to our own definition of success – intentionally. We are in control of our journey through life – It’s Time to Take Charge!

What is Intentional Living?

A Lifestyle – a way of thinking and being.

Intentional Living requires us to inject awareness and purposefulness into everyday decisions that shape our days – and ultimately shape the life we live and the person we are.

A (Daily) Practise.

Intentional Living takes practice and effort. Intentional Living involves making small, daily changes in our life to align our actions and move towards living our desired life. We must work consistently to define what we want and make it happen.

  • Ex. Like we work consistently in a gym to build our muscles, we need to consistently allocate energy to ourselves and the life we are building.

A Journey.

It is not a straightforward road, not a one-and-done effort – intentional living practices evolve and flow with us and our life. Intentional Living is a continuous journey that requires us to:

  • Be Aware of Current State. Recognizing exactly where we are at today (the good, the bad and the ugly).
  • Define Target State. Defining what is the desired life we seek with values that are most important to us.
    • This means what we truly seek, based on our unique blend of needs and wants, not conventional expectations or measures of success thrust upon us from every direction.
  • Work to get there. Making small, yet meaningful decisions and actions that work for our life today AND build the life we desire for tomorrow.

Key benefits of I.Liv.:

Intentional Living empowers each of us to take responsibility and action to live life with vision, purpose, clarity and enjoyment – on our own terms!

I.Liv. supports each member on their journey with key learnings, practices, and community support, leading us to:

  1. Save Time. Reduce time spent on life non-value add activities, like rumination and ‘sand’. Gain productivity on things that matter, effectively and efficiently leading to personal life satisfaction.
  2. Lessen Our Mental Load. Learning and practicing mindset training reduces the mental load we carry with us daily, and gain a sense of control over self and life.
  3. Live with Increased Clarity. Defined daily priorities set a clear course for our days, helping us keep focused on what we really want (versus feeling overwhelmed with *all* the things).
  4. Lower Guilt. Realistic planning and mindset shifts reduce guilt we feel in our life.
  5. Level-up Our Life / Game. Adopt mindset, skills, and habits to build the life we seek. Continuously grow and evolve life / game through micro-improvement integrated into daily life.
