The I.Liv. Foundation Program supports our personal journey to living life on our terms, no matter where we are at today. We each develop our intentional living practices while acquiring skills and habits that serve us and the life we are building. Simply put, I.Liv gives us the tools and know-how to support our journey to a balanced and fulfilled life (#3 – The HOW) – on our own terms, in a sustainable way!
1. Adopt Intentional Living practices – Live Life by Design, not By Default
Intentional Living practices inject awareness, purposefulness and continous improvement into our everyday lives, leading us on a road to wisdom and control over our life. It is up to each of us to adopt these practices in a way that works for us and our lives – with support along the way!

2. Adopt Fundamental Self-Care Body-Mind Habits to continuously fuel and fine-tune our machines (body and mind).
We are born with our body/mind – it’s the only one we get! The quality and longevity of our life literally depends on the health and shape of our body and mind. Let’s create a system that makes self-care business-as and put us each in the best position to rock our life!
There is so much conflicting information about what taking care of our mind and body means. The I.Liv. Program takes the Back-to-Basics approach based on age-old truths and latest research to lead us to adopt habits that indisputably take care of ourselves as human beings.
As a society, we are so often focused on the next new shiny thing, we have abandoned the basics to the point that consistent focus on fundamentals can create a competitive advantage. Let’s take care of our foundation first…and then, yes, we can build up further!
3. Adopt Intentional Living Mindset
Our Mindset is a critical component of success, as it influences how we think, feel and act, thereby defining our life and our self-identity. Our mindset is an invisible, yet most powerful tool we have at our disposal, yet one we often don’t value or tap into enough. Mastering our mindset puts us in the driver seat of our life with full control of where we are going and how we get there, it’s the KEY to making the ride doable, easy, sustainable, and enjoyable.
The I.Liv. Program leads each member to LEARN key information required, PRACTICE to adopt the habit of actively training our mindset to build and sustain the life we desire and value – whatever that may be.
4. Raise Awareness of Current State and Target Sate. During the foundation program, we start to tap into the power of awareness and visioning. We cannot change what we don’t know. We will never get to our target state, if we don’t know what it is. I.Liv. injects awareness and purposefulness into our daily life, so we can start to see and drive the bigger picture.
As we get our tools and know-how for the journey (the #3-The HOW), we can then focus even more on the Where we are (#1) and where we are going (#2).
